Supporting adults and children in their journey toward better mental health is both my passion and purpose. I offer a calm, empathetic, and patient space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and emotions. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change, and I work collaboratively to build that with each individual.
My approach integrates talking therapy informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based modalities allow me to tailor support to each client’s unique needs—whether they’re navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, or life transitions. Together, we work toward understanding the root of their concerns and fostering lasting resilience.
